Product Designer helping companies create simple, user-centric experiences, prioritizing meaningful and effortless interactions.

In this project, I played a crucial role in redesigning a part of the support experience for mobile and web platforms. Through a comprehensive UX audit, I gained insights into the existing platform. Collaborated with content designers, UX researchers, visual designers, and cross-functional teams, I crafted user-centered low- and high-fidelity wireframes. Due to confidentiality, I am not able to showcase my work here. I appreciate your understanding.

Support Platform

Intallecta is a customizable analytical dashboard to fit the needs of community colleges. The goal of the project was to modernize and redesign an analytics dashboard platform which was initially developed in Power BI. My task was to ensure a user-centric design approach throughout the development of the analytics dashboard platform. This involved conducting user interview, testing, performing a competitive analysis, and collaborating with a product owner, UX manager and developers to finalize the design.

Confidential Project

I was involved in developing three design systems for web and mobile applications, fostering team communication, and setting standards for colors, fonts, and components. These systems ensure consistency, streamline timelines, and enhance the user experience. They support collaboration, scalability, accessibility, and brand consistency, resulting in user-friendly digital products aligned with evolving needs. These design systems maintain consistent visual aesthetics and adhere to UX principles across the applications.
